I recently enjoyed a weekend getaway at a good hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the MRT station, making transportation a breeze. The room was bright and spacious, featuring comfortable beds and charming decor. The rooftop restaurant offered a stunning view along with a delicious breakfast selection. I spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the metro and near Central Park. I loved the complimentary snacks available throughout the day; it's a nice touch that really adds to the experience. Plus, the breakfast options were delicious, and I appreciated the yoga mat in the room for a little holiday relaxation.
I noticed an unpleasant smell in the elevator, which was a bit off-putting. these issues didn’t ruin my stay but were definitely noticeable.

I had such a great time staying here! The location is super convenient-just a short walk to the MRT and close to bars and night markets. The staff were friendly and even offered late-night snacks, which was perfect after a long day of exploring. I loved the rooftop breakfast, it had a nice variety and the atmosphere was lovely.
I woke up to some noise in the morning, and it made the view from my room less appealing. The Wi-Fi wasn’t the most reliable either, but overall, still a decent stay!

From check-in, the enthusiasm of the staff stood out at Brio Hotel. They welcomed us with a small gift and shared a delicious Zhongzheng pork bun, saving us from waiting in line. The room I stayed in had thoughtful touches. The second-floor bar area offered a variety of snacks and drinks. Location-wise, it was conveniently situated just a few minutes from MRT Central station, perfect for exploring. The wifi was unreliable, frustrating. The cleaning service could improve. It mainly consisted of trash removal and towel changes. I also faced an unexpected double charge upon check-in that is still pending a refund.
